How do I become a Mercator Customer

Becoming a Mercator stockist is easy. Simply contact our customer service department on 1300 552 255 and select option 1 on the menu to register your interest.

Are Mercator Products available outside of Australia?

Currently Mercator only distributes products throughout Australia and New Zealand. To find an Australian stockist please use the Find A Stockist section on our website.

I've seen a Mercator product I would like for my house, can I buy direct from you?

Mercator is a wholesale company and does not sell direct to the public.

I am a Designer/Electrician/Architect and would like to buy direct from Mercator

We appreciate your interest in our products, but unfortunately we cannot sell direct to you. The best way to view and purchase our products is through your local lighting store. Please use the Find A Stockist section to locate a store near you.

Can you please tell me if a store has a product in stock or on display?

As we sell to independent lighting stores, once stock leaves us we cannot track its availability. Please use the Find A Stockist section to locate a store near you which will be happy to help with your product enquiry.

I need a spare part for my ceiling fan or light fitting

To purchase spare or replacement parts for any of our products please contact the store you purchased the product from, or another local lighting retailer. They will be able to order the part for you.

Can you please tell me the price of a product and if you have it in stock?

Mercator is a wholesale company selling to independent retailers. As such we are unable to provide stock availability and pricing to the general public. If you would like the pricing or availability of a certain product please use the Find A Stockist section on our website to locate a retailer close to you who will be happy to help.

I have a retail store and would like pricing and availability on a product

If you have an account with Mercator, please contact our customer service department directly on 1300 552 255, option 1 on the menu. Alternatively log on to Webonline, the retailer section of our website, where you can view pricing and stock availability. Please email marketing@mercator.com.au to request your login information.

The Mercator product I purchased was broken when I opened the box

Although our products are always packaged and handled with care, ocassionally by the time it reaches your home it may be damaged. In this case, you will need to contact the store you purchased the product from to arrange an exchange. 

As a wholesaler we do not deal direct with the public and will not be able to supply a replacement for you. All replacements must be arranged through the retailer you purchased the product from.

Can you recommend a globe for my Mercator Light Fitting?

Globe recommendations can be found on the product packaging or instruction booklet. If you would like further information on other globes which may suit the fitting please contact your local lighting retailer.

Can you recommend a light fitting or ceiling fan for my room?

Unfortunately we cannot provide product recommendations. Please contact your local lighting retailer who will be able to better advise you on what products will suit your home.

I'm interested in a Mercator product but have been told it's discontinued; do you still have stock I can purchase?

The only way to purchase our products is through one of our stockists, even if the product is discontinued.
